Yes, an existing telecom provider can remain part of the solution when its service can be presented in a form supported by the MYLO deployment. Changing the local telephony appliance and changing the carrier are separate decisions. The provider supplies the outside service; MYLO configures the supported local telephony layer.

Ask the provider for the exact service details: how the connection is delivered, the business numbers associated with it, the addressing/authentication information where applicable, and any routing requirements. MYLO Can Inspect Before It Proposes
The carrier setup is not intended to overwrite a working appliance blindly. The guided task says MYLO will inspect the current appliance before proposing a change. Network and trunk work also use bounded specialist capabilities rather than arbitrary shell access.
One Appliance, One Local Carrier Trunk
The v0.35 product architecture is a single physical appliance with one local Asterisk installation, and its setup guidance refers to configuring the one local carrier trunk. It is not a remote PBX-management platform or a fleet manager. If your requirement is multi-PBX or multi-carrier architecture, that is a different/custom scope rather than something we should imply is included.
Prove the Provider Path With a Test
